REFUND POLICY

At Jay Kirton, we strive to provide high-quality products, services, and digital content. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (including courses, videos, and downloadable materials):

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or content has been delivered

2. Services (Consultations / Sessions)

For booked services:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Eligible bookings may be rescheduled

  • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable

3. Physical Products (eCommerce)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care or hygiene items (if applicable)

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos as proof

  • We will offer a replacement or refund if approved

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in special cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical issues preventing access to digital services

All requests are reviewed individually.

7. Processing of Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
